That Awkward Moment

• That awkward moment when your crush sees you with needles in your stomach.
• That awkward moment when you realize you ran away from the school nurse.
• That awkward moment when you eat your friend's food because you're low.

You can see the low.

• That awkward moment when you talk in diabetes language to a person without d.
• That awkward moment when you ask if someone took insulin for that.
• That awkward moment when your meter says the same thing as the guy next to you and the nurse comments.
• That awkward moment when your friends watch you eat from a measuring cup.
• That awkward moment when you drink all your friend's water. "Oh, 347, That's why..."

Yeah, obviously high.

• That awkward moment when you give yourself a shot and lift up your skirt too high.
• That awkward moment when someone says, "But you're not fat!"
• That awkward moment when you're accused of eating too much sugar.

Not all these have happened to me, but it's diabetes. You never know :)
